We have now introduced a new ticket system for clients who require support.
Once logged in, clients may now raise tickets for support or modifications to their web systems. This allows Ibex and clients alike to track the progress of works and to streamline the process.
If you would like to use the ticket system please register through the Ibex site and we will include you in the ticket system. If you have any questions or would like to ask for additional services please do not hesitate to contact us.
