Hey, I have passed an exam the first time for 15 years (not including First Aid and mountaineering stuff!). Becoming a TUCOWS reseller has allowed Ibex the freedom to offer a flexible domain name system that we control instead of being at the mercy of middle men.
I've been amazed at the lack of customer care and support from companies who register domain names. They seem happy to take your money but then do not help with set-up so your domain works.
