Studholmes Chartered Surveyors are offering commercial estate agency services in the South Cumbria / North Lancashire area, which covers Kendal, Barrow, Ulverston, Grange and the Lancaster / Morecambe area. Ibex designed a new website which allows Studholmes to upload property details to the site, including photographs and full details. A priority for this project was an efficient search which allow the user to easily find properties that correspond to his or her requirements. Another key feature of this site is a specially designed system that allows users of the site to register for a newsletter. Users can enter their specific requirements in terms of the type of property they are seeking, and the newsletter will pick out corresponding properties and send them details. PDF documents with full details of the properties are automatically generated, so that customers can download these from the site. The site was designed using Studholmes' corporate colours and incorporating good-quality photography of the town of Kendal. AIM Rule 26 - Compliance ChecklistOverview
The London Stock Exchange has issued Rule 26 which requires all AIM quoted companies to publish a website that contains certain specific information.
From 20 August 2007 all new companies joining AIM must have a corporate website in place from the date of flotation, with existing AIM firms also having to launch one by the same date to comply with the new rules.
What Rule 26 means to you
