 Sky Systems directory goes live. Ibex Internet have designed a new Flying portal. The system is based on Joomla, with some cutting edge software design built in. The Urls are all search engine friendly and some sections are proactive at hooking the search directories. The site has a built in e-commerce payment system so the advertising on the site is fully automatic.
Ibex also spent some time developing a directory system so that once clubs, pilots and manufactures have placed the listings, they have full access to the them, allowing them to keep the listings up to date.
There are plans to expand the system with aircraft specification pages and a forum and review section. The whole site is editable for contributors and web editors so the content is current and up to the minute.Have a look if you like flying!
