Ibex Mail: Custom designed graphic email newsletters and mailers sent to the email addresses you provide from your client records - ie customers who have expressed an interest already in your services and who you would like to keep updated with news, offers etc.
Your company logo and contact details are clearly shown so that these don’t get easily mistaken for unsolicited spam. A text only version can also be substituted for clients who have opted to 'block' graphics at their mail servers.
The mail sender is shown as your company name and the person you are sending to just sees their name as the recipient. Unsubscribe and forward buttons on each mailer offer choices to your clients.
Full statistics are provided on completion of the mailshot ie: number successfully sent, how many users opened the mail, how many clicked through to your website or emailed you, how many unsubscribed, how many forwarded mail to someone else. Updated list of email addresses supplied back to you for your records.
Alternatively we can give you full access to the system so you can create and send your own e-newsletters and monitor your own results live.
Here is how our email e-news system works…
1) We create a template for you and add to your system, then provide a password access
2) You can edit the content and duplicate the layout to create new ones each time
3) We import your initial database, you can add more as you have them in Excel, etc
4) Send a test to yourself to check
5) Check the results of your campaign!
