Studholmes Chartered Surveyors are offering commercial estate agency services in the South Cumbria / North Lancashire area, which covers Kendal, Barrow, Ulverston, Grange and the Lancaster / Morecambe area. Ibex designed a new website which allows Studholmes to upload property details to the site, including photographs and full details. A priority for this project was an efficient search which allow the user to easily find properties that correspond to his or her requirements. Another key feature of this site is a specially designed system that allows users of the site to register for a newsletter. Users can enter their specific requirements in terms of the type of property they are seeking, and the newsletter will pick out corresponding properties and send them details. PDF documents with full details of the properties are automatically generated, so that customers can download these from the site. The site was designed using Studholmes' corporate colours and incorporating good-quality photography of the town of Kendal. The Heightec group is an expanding company which manufactures and distributes equipment for work at height in a wide range of industries, and offers specialist training for work at height. Heightec approached Ibex Internet to design a website, and after consultation, the priorities were identified as search engine performance, product-led navigation, usability and the ability to present fresh content as and when required.
