Why can I not see the changes to my site you have made? |

You may need to empty your browser cache before you can see the changes we have made to your site. If you frequently look at your site you will find that the site will be cached with your browser. There is an exception to these rules: on the bigger sites we design, we build caching into the system. If you have done all of these steps and the changes are still not being seen please contact Ibex.
The best step it to empty your browser's cache. Explorer users PC Go to the "Tools menu" and down to "Internet options" - make sure you are looking at the "General" tab. In the middle box named "Temporary internet files", click on the middle button called "Delete files". A pop-up window will appear, make sure "Delete all of line content" is clicked. If you have never done this before, have not done this for a long time or you have had your computer a long time this could take a while (1-2mins). Once done, click "refresh" and you should be able to see the changes made on your site. Explorer MAC OSX FireFox users PC Goto tools and down to options. in the pop-up window click the "privacy"(padlock picture) button. the last menu in the left hand window is clear cache, cick it! Now presh refresh in the browser and you should see the changes. FireFox users MAC If you would like to know about any other browser please email the name and version to Ibex. |
